PIM: Hi Linda Thank you for gracing PIM.........all the way from Cape Town.Tell us more about yourself?
linda: I am from Cape Town, the beautful Mother City.
I am a pure breed Gemini. So to date, I have about 6 different personalities. I am charming, cunning, direct, honest, funny, sarcastic, good with words, love networking, love all kinds of people, get bored easily though, strong willed and, well, lets just say that there is never a dull moment with Linda ;)


Tell us more about your modelling. How did it start?
I do modelling part time. I am currently in the property game, so when I have a chance for a bit of fun, I go for it! But it's been going on for about 15 years on and off.
We only live once right, so why the hell not!


PIM is honored to have you! Your ambitions and goals as a model? Where do you see yourself in ten years time?
I am honored to be here! My main objective not only as a model, but my life as a whole, is fulfilment. I live by law of attraction. I love making people laugh and creating a positive energy around myself and others. Life is way too short, and people don't always realise it until it's over. Ten years from now? Mmm, I see myself retired already and helping others find their purpose so to say. Stay involved in property, loads of travelling, and definately helping non profitable organisations etc.
LOL, world peace!


What do you like most about modeling? What do you like least?
The best thing about modeling for me is creating a photograph of emotion. Telling a story or creating a need/want. Whether it is in clothing, a type of art to get a message across or just seeing what you are capable of!


Worst thing about modeling, shew! It's a cut throat world out there and especially in this industry! Everyone is in it for themselves, so it can get quite tricky if in the wrong network.


So you are part of the FHM MODELS 2010 Top 100. Tell us more about being in the top 100 in SA.
How do you fancy your chances.I see theres some tough competition there?
Yeah, it's quite an awesome feeling to be apart of this competition! Meeting tons of people with this competition, so loving every bit of it! I think my chances are quite positive. The only way I get to the Top 10 is the people that vote for me, and I am getting great support from everyone! But seeing the rest of the girls, we are definately the hottest Nation!


So suppose you win FHM MODELS Linda, you are probably on a stringent fitnes regime. What are you doing to maintain that hot bod?
Fitness regime? Lol, no no! It's all about life style! I LIVE on sushi! It's actually becoming quite an expensive addiction of mine lately! I have also purchased a Russel Hobbs Steamer the other day, works like a bomb and the food tastes unbelievable!


My motto with food is "If you know you going to have that feeling of 'why did I have that' after that meal, DON'T have it. You will feel so much better that you didn't!
PIM: Is there any one you would like to meet right now? And If you were invisible for a day? Where would you wanna be?
Honestly, I would like to have 10 minutes with Robert Mugabe. Give him a few lessons in life and give him some of own medicine!
If I were invisible for a day, mmm. I would get on the next flight to Europe and get my hands on a Bugatti Veron and take it for a good test drive!


Back to the FHM models. So is it tough. What have you been doing in terms of getting them votes. Give us a brief itenary on what you have to do to compete in this comp 100%. Are you doing alot of shoots, promotions etc?
It's been pretty hectic this past month. Had an operation about two weeks ago, working on a property launch with a huge budget, so haven't had much time I would want to have myself more out there. I have awesome support and PR though helping me with my group "Linda Botha for FHM 2010" on Facebook as well as some fliers that will be coming out soon to get the word around. Within the next month I will be promoting myself at exclusive venue's in Cape Town and getting more updated photographs onto my FHM page.


Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
I have always loved black and white photographs. So I am really fond of the Peroni and Guess girl type of look. So location is definately Italy! ;)

Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and then a guys?
I think the sexiest part of my would be my back, hips and eyes (Sorry, can't choose just one, I am a Gemini!!)
For a guy, definately those Vegas Arrows aka hips, eyes and smile.


What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on you?.
OMG! It wasn't used on me but it was priceless at the time! A few years ago (like 8 years), I was at a Cubana in Table View (Go figure!) with a mate of mine. The guys it that area get stupidly drunk, and he came up to my friend and screemed in disgust "Did you fart?!" I think she nearly had a stroke because of the shocking question! As the people around us heard it, the next thing everyone disperses leaving her and I alone in this circle. Finally after about 30 minutes of debating, this guy finally gave in and went up to her and with a grin, said "Because you blew me away..."
You had to be there to experience it, but the dude got it right somehow because they are married today!


If you were a tour operator and had to entice people from around the World to visit South Africa ,Cape Town in particular. How would you promote it?
People that come here will definately not be dissapointed! I would show off our awesome beaches, night spots, restaurants, wine estates, elephant rides and bungee jumping with a full view of Table Mountain!
Cannot go wrong with Cape Town, period!

Tell us about one talent that you have that we never able to guess?
I think my best talent is analysing peoples personality etc. I am a very good judge of character and love studying people. I just need a few minutes with a person and I can tell what them exactly what they are all about ;)

Are you single? IF PIM had the power to create the perfect man. What type of features do you suggest we add :)? Yes I am single.

Eyes, smile and good body in general.
As long as he is happy with himself and confident, able to keep up with me and know what he is doing in all areas, I am happy!


If you had to kidnap any sportsman/celeb and take them to a remote island ,who will it be?
I have to have a piece of Ryk Neetling, he is just yum!


If PIM had to take u on a date .What do we have to do to blow your socks off and make you say Wow?
Sundowners on a yaught in Camps Bay, Sushi for dinner, thereafter go watch Jeff Dunham in theatre, go out and pain the town red with Patron Coffee and see from there... ;)


What will you do if you win FHM MODELS 2010 and how important would it be for you to win such an elusive competition?
Honestly, it would probably be the best thing that would happen to me! So yeah, it would be pretty important. If not, I get to live another day, which is just as important;)
