ESMERILDA DANKAERT

"We live only to discover beauty. All else is a form of waiting"-Khalil Gibran

PIM: Hi Esmerelda. Thank you for gracing Poetry in Motion. A model, a phsycologist with a love for kids. Before we get into the modelling bit. Tell us more bout your career, Your dreams and aspirations as a psychologist. The world is exploding around us. Pyschology appears to be a very challenging environment. Tell us more about this proffession and why you chose it?
esmerilda: Being a Psychologist was one of my career choices in Matric, and when the course was offered part-time I was thrilled! It also gave me the opportunity to still do my web designing and advance in other career fields such as Multimedia Development, Quality Management and Drafting. Next year will be my forth year and I cannot wait to start practicing! I want to specialize in children as I believe they cannot always help themselves, and intervention from a young age is crucial. It is definitely not a field for the fainthearted, as you need to keep your emotions intact and act on a neutral level. But I am enjoying every bit of it!

PIM:So you from Jozie, A Gorgeous model thats a physcologist.. Wow.PIM is honoured to have you? Your ambitions and goals as a model? How did a gorgeous woman like you get into the modelling world. How did the journey begin?
esmerilda: Think I should thank you! Meeting with PIM was such a pleasure. I only started modelling at the beginning of 2008. Reason being, I was so academically orientated at school that even though modelling was a burning passion, I stuck to hauling in those A’s. Now I cannot get enough of modelling ... the frontend of the camera is my playground! I am determined to reach a few heights ... so watch this space. He he.

PIM:Whats a typical day in the life of Esmerelda Dankaert?
esmerilda: A typical day (assuming you are referring to a uneventful, normal weekday as weekends are always exciting and fun-filled) would entail me getting up at 4:00am, studying for about an hour, get ready for work and leave at 6:00am, get home at about 4:10pm, engage in a much needed stress-relief gym session and head home for a shower, supper and more studies.

PIM: Weve met...and wow. How do you stay in shape ES?Any tips for our readers?
esmerilda: *Blushes* ... Thanks. Well I have a very healthy appetite (and yes it does exist) and always enjoy a good workout. A very important factor is to just really watch what types of food you consume. I never diet or restrict my food intake, but just enjoy healthy foods.

PIM: If you had to make any food or desert or junk food the caloric value of lettuce. Which would it be?
esmerilda:Well in the food category it is quite hard as I do like most healthy foods, but dessert wise definitely Primmi’s Chocolate Brownies smothered in hot chocolate sauce and ice cream!

PIM:If you had to have KIDNAP any sportsman/ celeb, who wud that be ha ha?
esmerilda:So I can only pick one? Most likely the designer Stefano Gabbana ... and yes I’m not kidnapping him for his looks! My hidden agenda would be to only give him his freedom if he promises to give me a lifetime’s supply of free D&G clothes! He he.

PIM: Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
esmerilda:Would love to do a shoot for Guess, be it a high fashion and glamorous theme or a sensational bikini theme.

PIM: Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and a guys?
esmerilda:Hmm, would probably have to say my eyes. On a guy, I’d have to say apart from his eyes his arms. It is probably the most prominent feature.

PIM: What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on You?
esmerilda:I almost always forget these silly pick up lines, but one that stuck with me was on one occasion I got quite cold and a guy said “Your goosebumps read “gorgeous” in brail!”

PIM: 2010..in SA...UR THOUGHTS..How do you think we will handle it, ?Are you optimistic about SA and the future in retrospect to the economy, change of presidency etc?On the same token your profession is sort of impacted by Obama as US president. WHats your take on this? Will the first black president of the USA.....MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE?
esmerilda:I think 2010 is a major event for South Africa, and we will only know the immense impact of the event once it happens. So far I think SA is preparing full steam for the 2010, but whether everything will unfold on time is still a mystery. A major concern is that project managers/engineers/controllers are so schedule focused that they overlook quality issues. W.r.t our economy ... I think every country has it’s ups and downs, and I’m optimistic about SA’s economical status and presidency. Just as I’m optimistic about Obama as US president. One can never judge a book by its cover, so Obama needs the same degree of support and respect as any other president. It is definitely an honour to be the first black president of the US.

PIM: Tell us about one talent that you have that we never able to guess?
esmerilda:I dont kiss and tell

Whats ur favourite fashion brand:I have MANY favourites! But a definite big fav is Guess & D&G
If you had a million rand, What would be your first purchase:First purchase ... hmm ... a stylish lil Apple Laptop! I wont be able to do much house hunting with one mil. Maybe also quit my job to finish my degree quicker, open my own fashion boutique and spoil my loved ones!
Favourite food: Sushi
Favourite Hot drink: Cappuccinos
Favourite Cold drink: Mojito
Favorite perfume on a guy. Too many to mention but some are Dunhill, Diesel and Hugo Boss
Favourite Perfume on you: Kenzo Amor and the new DKNY!
Favorite clubbing and Hangout?Taboo, FTV, Coffee Cafes ... any place where my friends are at.
Favourite restaurant and coffee shop....?. Restaurant: Primmi Piatti & Wombles
Coffee Shop: Any coffee shop with superb cappuccinos!
One wish you would like to come through: That I already have my doctorate degree in Psychology, so that I can start practicing by tomorrow :)

PIM: Would you say a woman can learn how to be a model, or modeling is something in the genes? you have it or you don't have it at all? Why do you think so?Is the modelling industry that cut throat as people make it out to esmerilda: Well, I think a big portion of modelling lies in your genes. For example, if you want to do ramp modelling, then you have to be a certain height ... and unfortunately you cannot “learn” to be longer. The same applies for photographic modelling ... you have to be photogenic to succeed in the industry. With that said, a girl / boy can be blessed with great looks but still fail in the modelling industry as you need certain “skills”. Models acquire these “skills” through experience. Modelling can be cut throat depending on the industry. If you take modelling seriously you will realize that it is not just about poise, pout and pretty pictures but that it takes a lot of determination and hard work. But it definitely has its perks!

PIM: If you could be anyone famous in the World today, Who would you want to be and Why?
esmerilda: Gisele Bundchen! As if I need to state why? Sexy, successful, get paid to wear designer clothes, thrives in her modelling ... and the list goes on.

PIM:Are you single? Whilst we on the topic. How important is a guysdress sense to you.? So PIM can spruce up and impress someone like youWhats your ideal man.
esmerilda: Nope not single :) A good dress sense ranks quite high. There is a big difference between “dress to impress” and to have a suitable “dress sense”. With the latter you just need to be comfortable with what you are wearing, and not stick out like a sore thumb. My ideal man..? Ambitious, successful, humorous, thoughtful and intelligent ... like my current man :o)

PIM: If PIM had to take Esmerelda on a date. What would we have to do to blow your socks off lol?
esmerilda:Hmm, to impress me I suppose you need to be humorous, sociable, ambitious and low on the egocentric level. Lol! Be different!

PIM: lol.Good luck Es. A pleasure to have you on PIM. Best of luck with the Modelling career......It will not be long before you will be gracing the modelling tabloids

Yolande Els

It's beauty that captures your attention; personality which captures your heart.
~Anonymous ~

PIM:Yolande..Great to have you on Pim. You are one of PIMS top 100 in the FHM Models 2009. Wow? How did that campaign begin for you. Were You ecstatic when you got the news? How do you fancy your chances.?
yolande: Great to be on PIM. Thanks for having me. Well, I took a chance and just sent my photos in and I got in! I was definitely ecstatic when I got the news. I’ve got some stiff competition. All the girls are hot, and I think we all have equal chances at winning.
PIM: So you from Pretoria, A Gorgeous model. Wow.PIM is honored to have you. I love the bike pic on your portfolio? Your ambitions and goals as a model? Pretoria the city that’s always Viby. If you had to entice us Jozie people to come over there. Sell us in a one sentence.
yolande: I want to be a world class supermodel and eventually have my own clothing line. My goal is to inspire and uplift women everywhere. Like you said PTA is the city that’s always viby and I’m here, that’s enough reason to come. LOL.
PIM: What’s a typical day in the life of Yolande?
yolande: I wake up, have breakfast, then I’m usually off to the mall for some shopping. Then I go to class if I have any. And then I just hang out with my friends, go out or relax at home. It all depends on the day I guess.
PIM: Back to the FHM models. So is it tough. What have you been doing in terms of getting them votes? Give us a brief itenary on what you have to do to compete in this comp 100%. Are u doing a lot of shoots etc.
yolande: It’s really not that tough. Just enter and hope for the best. I haven’t really been doing as much as the other girls to get votes. I’ve been quite busy with studying. I’ve been sending smses and mails to everyone and I recently attended the fhm models party they held for us at recess. It was a great party. All the girls are just amazing. And even if I don’t win, at least I made some great new friends and that’s enough for me. I haven’t been doing any shoots recently. This is my final year as a psychology student and getting my degree is more important than shoots at the moment.

PIM: So suppose you win FHM MODELS Yolande (PIM wants an autograph), you are probably on a stringent fitness regime. What are you doing to maintain that hot bod?
yolande: Haha, anytime. I don’t really like exercising. But I make sure to eat healthy and drink a lot of water. I like fun exercises. I’ve got all Carmen Electra’s striptease workout DVD’s, so I just do that when ever I feel like it, which is not often enough.
PIM: If you had to have KIDNAP any sportsman/celeb, who would that be ha ha?
yolande: That’s an easy question. I would have to go with a friend of mine, Ryan Botha. I’ve got a secret little crush on him… Don’t tell him. Hehe. He’s probably going to know now, damn
PIM: Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
yolande: A cover shoot for sports illustrated or FHM on an exotic island somewhere.
PIM: Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and a guys?
yolande: My eyes and my boobs. And on a guy, the smile and abs.
PIM: What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on You?
yolande: If I were a fly, I would be all over you, because you are the shit! Or there must be something wrong with my eyes; I can't take them off you. And If I told you that you had a great body, would you hold it against me?
PIM: 2010..in SA...UR THOUGHTS..How do you think we will handle it, ?Are you optimistic about SA and the future in retrospect to the economy, change of presidency etc?
yolande: With the hosting of the 2010 world cup I think would have benefits beyond 2010 for our country, and will improve the lives of many people. We’ll still be able to profit from it long after it’s over. It will definitely put SA on the world map. I have confidence in SA’s readiness by noticing the improvements and developments taking place in airports etc around the country. With the electricity crisis and load shedding seemingly on hold, I think South Africa’s electricity supply will be prepared to handle the demand during 2010. I have an overwhelming sense of optimism and pride in South Africa. We have always been able to rise above all the challenges that has been thrown our way , and I believe even though SA is going through a tough time right now economically, we will pull through and rise above it again. I’m very optimistic about the future and I’m just hoping this situation will get better soon. SA has changed so much over the years by focusing more on creating job opportunities and I think the drive to develop and create jobs and reduce poverty is definitely there. I think with the new presidency and political party (the congress of the people), will come much needed competition which will lead to higher performance on both the ANC and the COPE’s part. And I think our new president has really stepped up.

PIM: Tell us about one talent that you have that we never able to guess?
yolande: I’m a great cook.
Wat’s your favourite fashion brand:Louis vuitton, and ed hardy.
If you had a million rand, What would be your first purchase? My own little house or a Bentley convertible.
Favorite Food and Drink: Pizza and Heineken.
Favorite perfume on a guy:Hugo boss
Favorite perfume on u: Gucci envy me.
Favorite clubbing and Hangout? Recess, ftv, rhapsodys and off course my house.
One wish you’d like to come true? For all my dreams to come true.
PIM: Would you say a woman can learn how to be a model, or modeling is something in the genes? you have it or you don't have it at all? Why do you think so?
yolande: Well, I guess it’s a little bit of both. You can do anything you set your mind to. As long as you can dream it and think it you can do it. But there has to be something in you that’s meant for modelling, ‘cause it’s hard sometimes and it takes a lot. Some are just born to be models
PIM: If you could be anyone famous in the World today, Who would you want to be and Why?yolande: Somebody very influential like Oprah, the president, Angelina Jolie or Kimora Lee Simmons, whom I really admire. They do good things with the power and status they’ve got. You can influence and help so much more people with a certain amount of power. I’m very passionate about animal rights and I would love to be able to influence others to help fight for animal rights and to stop animal abuse and cruelty towards animals. I want to make a difference and also influence people positively. I know I might be one in a million, but one person can definitely make a difference.
PIM:Are you single? Whilst we on the topic. How important is a guys dress sense to you.? So PIM can spruce up and impress someone like you Whats your ideal man. The rugged Camel Man look, or the sophisticated Gentleman. or someone different perhaps?
yolande: lol? Yes I am indeed single. So look me up on facebook guys.lol. Dress sense is very important. I like guys who dress nice and take pride in how they look. My ideal man…would be Ryan Botha, ha ha, just joking. Nah, my ideal man would be hot. Lol. He would be caring, giving, honest, good sense of humor; smart, attentive, loving and I like a mix between the rugged type and the sophisticated type. Just as long as he’s not one of those model guys who spend more time in front of the mirror and shaving his legs than with me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good that guys take care of themselves but please don’t overdo it. I like a manly man.lol.
PIM: If PIM had to take Yolande on a date. What would we have to do to blow your socks off lol?yolande: Well I’m a down to earth type of girl. Take me out for dinner. I love food. And just be yourself.lol.
PIM: Good luck YOLANDE. A pleasure to have you on PIM. Best of luck with the Modelling and FHM Models 2009. We’ll get the votes coming your way...
yolande: Thanks so much. It’s such an honor to be on pim. You guys are great. Please vote for me by SMSing fhmmodel 51 to 34973 or by logging onto the website at www.fhm.co.za. And please check out my animal rights organization at www.animalaid.org.za. Or join the group on facebook called aid for animals in distress. Take care.Kissesxxx

LAUREN McCall

Did my heart love till now?
Forswear it sight,
For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night.
~ Romeo and Juliet.~

PIM: Lauren...Great to have you on Pim. You are one of PIMS top 100 in the FHM Models 2009. Wow? How did that campaign begin for you. Were you ecstatic when you got the news? how do you fancy your chances.?
lauren:I was very excited, I couldn't believe it at first. I sent in my photos to FHM about two months before that and then they sent the top 100 a email, it was a great moment!I believe I do have a good chance but it is all about the amount of votes you get and creating awareness around the competition. Being popular certainly helps!

PIM:So you from Jozie, A Gorgeous model. Wow.PIM is honoured to have you? Your ambitions and goals as a model?

lauren: I live in Jozie and to be honest, I am just starting out with modelling. My ambitions and goals as a model is to get as far as possible. I am looking to grow in my experiences and achieve to the best of my potential. I would certainly like to travel and I would love to model in Cape Town! It is really beautiful!

PIM: Whats a typical day in the life of Lauren McCall?
lauren: Wake up just after six, get ready for work( in a very short period of time- usually half an hour), do my make up in my car on the way to work and I have to listen to my music on the way there (it keeps me sane in the traffic). Spend eight busy but sometimes not so busy hours at work, talking to clients, taking orders as i work in Internal Sales. Then I venture home back in the traffic. I normally either go ride my horse or go to gym :)On the weekends, especially now in Summer, i like to spend time with my friends, going out but recently I spend my weekends at the Hartebeespoort Dam, enjoying the sun and going on our boat.

PIM: Back to the FHM models. So is it tough. What have you been doing in terms of getting them votes. Give us a brief itenary on what you have to do to compete in this comp 100%. Are u doing alot of shoots etc?
lauren: I think it is pretty tough, especially because a lot of the girls are putting so much into it and there is stiff competition. I have created a facebook group "Lauren McCall for FHM Models 2009" and I am going to appear on the Liverpool Supporters club http://www.liverpoolfc.co.za/. There are a few things in the pipeline that I plan to do to create votes, I do realise time is running out. FHM closes the voting on the 14th December to choose the top 10! Please vote for me! As for shoots, I have done three photo shoots to date and my recent one was a week before the website was up and running. I really enjoy being in front of the camera!

PIM: So suppose you win FHM MODELS Lauren , you are probably on a stringint fitnes regime. What are you doing to maintain that hot bod?
lauren: I try and exercise atleast three times a week and watch that I have a relatively balanced diet. I certainly do not deny myself of the yummy food in life.I like to indulge quite often..hehe. I horse ride, which believe me is a great full body workout and I go to gym, do some weights and a lot of jogging.

PIM:If you had to have KIDNAP any sportsman, who wud that be ha ha?
lauren:I was going to say Ryk Neetling, but many girls would want to kidnap him so I would say I would want to chat to Oscar Pretorius, not necessarily kidnap him...hehe. I think it is fantastic what he has achieved and he hasn't let anything get in the way of his dreams. That is definately admirable and he is good looking to :).
PIM: Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
lauren: My dream shoot: this must be my favourite question. I would want to be on a sand dune in the Kalahari Desert or in a riverbed in a breathtaking Game Reserve, in a stunning snakeskin/ leopard print monokini or bikini, looking sultry and sexy as ever. I'm a nature kind a girl and I love being in open spaces in the wild without all the traffic and all the things that come with living in a city.

PIM: Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and a guys?
lauren: The sexiest part of my body: my eyes??? A guys: Too many, how do I choose? I love a guy who has nice manly hands, pecs, a great smile and stunning eyes..
PIM: What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on You?
lauren: Bizarre/ funny come on line: Actually can't think of any lines.... That certainly hasn't happened in a long while

PIM: 2010..in SA...UR THOUGHTS..How do you think we will handle it, ?Are you optimistic about SA and the future in retrospect to the economy, change of presidency etc?
lauren:2010: The future for South Africa I see it being an optimistic future!

PIM:Tell us about one talent that you have that we never able to guess?
lauren: Talent: I'm good with a rifle.....I have a good eye/ aim when shooting.

Whats ur favourite fashion brand:Foxy... I wear their jeans and pants. I like lots of other brands to. . If you had a million rand, What would be your first purchase: A property
Favorite Food and Drink:I love the chicken, avo and feta pizza from Col Cacchio and my fav drink is A Chocolate Frio from Vida Cafe....yum!
Favorite perfume on a guy: Jean Paul Gautier, Versace and Proof by Abercrombie and Fitch
Favorite perfume on u: Hypnotic Poison by Dior
Favorite clubbing and Hangout? Don't really have one, but I like FTV, Manhattan, it just depends on the evening.
One wish youd like to come true? To find my calling....

PIM: Would you say a woman can learn how to be a model, or modeling is something in the genes? you have it or you don't have it at all? Why do you think so?
lauren: Modelling is definately a part of you, you either want to be a model and have certain attributes to enable you to do so or you don't. It also depends what agencies are looking for and what they want the public to buy into.

PIM: If you could be anyone famous in the World today, Who would you want to be and Why?
lauren: That is a difficult question but probably Gisele Bundchen, she has such a unique beauty about her and I would love to have been one of the Victoria Secret's models!

PIM:Are you single? Whilst we on the topic. How important is a guysdress sense to you.? So PIM can spruce up and impress someone like youWhats your ideal man. The rugged Camel Man look, or the sophisticated Gentleman. or someone different perhaps?lol?
lauren:Yes I am single. A guy's dress sense is important to me, the way a guy presents himself says a lot about him as a person. He should dress well. My ideal guy is someone in between a rugged look and a sophisticated gentleman. He must be manly, kind and someone I can laugh and have fun with
PIM:If PIM had to take Lauren on a date. What would we have to do to blow your socks off lol?
lauren: If you took me on a date.... a nice simple, romantic dinner at a restaurant with a good vibe and ambience will definately be great. Cooking me dinner would be even more special! I wouldn't expect anything extravagant, I think good conversation is the most important!

PIM:lol.Good luck Lauren. A pleasure to have you on PIM. Best of luck with the Modelling and FHM Models 2009. Wel get the votes comin ur way...
lauren:Thank you for having me on Poetry in Motion and I would really appreciate those votes! x

MICHELLE PINHO

A thing of beauty is a joy forever; Its loveliness increases; it will never Pass into nothingness. ~ ~John Keats. 1795-1821

PIM:Michelle...Great to have you on Pim. You are one of PIMS top 100 in the FHM Models 2009. Wow? How did that campaign begin for you. Were you ecstatic when you got the news? how do you fancy your chances.?
michelle:To be honest, a couple of friends had said to me I should enter this competition, so figured why not, it’s something I have thought about entering for a while now. I couldn’t believe that I was picked for the top 100 when I got the call I asked the person like 3 times if this meant I was really a part of the top 100, I was over the moon! There are some very beautiful girls in the competition making this a difficult question to answer…I really want to see myself in the top 10 and hopefully winning this!

PIM:Whats a typical day in the life of Michelle Pinho?
michelle:Wake up, have some All Bran and then hit gym to get me going for the day. Then off to the office to grip on all the day has to offer in the media industry…once I’m done with work, it’s off to the gym I go. After that it’s home time with a healthy dinner waiting for me. Depending on what day it is will depend on if it ends of with college in the evening. If it’s the weekend it normally ends off with good friends and drinks to finish off the week.

PIM:Back to the FHM models. So is it tough. What have you been doing in terms of getting them votes. Give us a brief itenary on what you have to do to compete in this comp 100%. Are u doing alot of shoots etc.
michelle:Well if I told you what I am up to with regards to “marketing” myself for the competition I would have to kill you…lol…I cannot divulge in such delicious information in case of the “competition” having a quick squiz! But if you must know, with all the work, gym, and studying, along with the part time modeling I do, there hasn’t been much time for me to sit down and actually give much thought to the random voting party, etc, I have been relying a lot on my facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups.php?ref=sb#/group.php?gid=30351562074

PIM: So suppose you win FHM MODELS Michelle , you are probably on a stringint fitness regime. What are you doing to maintain that hot bod?
michelle:At the moment I gym twice a day, normally 30 min to an hour of cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening, as well as an extremely healthy eating plan…luckily I don’t have a sweet tooth making healthy eating a piece of cake…
PIM:If you could KIDNAP any sportsman, who wud that be ha ha?
michelle:Kimi Raikkonen

PIM: Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
michelle: For the cover of an international magazine (like FHM) in swimwear on some exotic island with white sand and blue blue seas, cos I love being in my bikini…

PIM: Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and a guys?
michelle:My stomach – it’s naturally toned and tanned.
On a guy – definitely his stomach (a hot sixpack).

PIM: What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on You?
michelle: Bizarre would be: “Every time you walk past me you make me cry…because your ass is like an onion”
Funny would be: “If you was a booger I would pick you first!”

PIM: 2010..in SA...UR THOUGHTS..How do you think we will handle it, ?Are you optimistic about SA and the future in retrospect to the economy, change of presidency etc?
michelle: I think that the 2010 would be really good for the economy, bringing a lot of foreign currency, thus ensuring the boost we need. The beauty about 2010 is that it will open up the floodgates to tourism in our country even long after the 2010 is over, as many people around the world do not see our country as a tourist destination. Well with all the resignations happening within the ANC and this new party getting started brings reassurance to the people of South Africa that we are alive with possibilities and it shows us that democracy is very much a part of what the people of South Africa and of the world are all fighting for to this present day. Look at the USA elections, President Barak Obama has made a historical arrival as the 44th president of the United States of America, this is definitely going to have a ripple effect throughout the world, just like when President Nelson Mandela fought for our freedom that we strive to keep. So yes I’m very optimistic about the future of our country!

PIM: Whats the most dangerous or daring thing that you have ever done?
michelle: I have never tried bunjee jumping, although I am keen to go sky diving…but til now the only daring thing I have done was taking my mini on a skidpad, doing handbrake turns and all that other advanced driving stuff. Not very extreme but loads of fun.

Whats ur favourite fashion brand: Ed Hardy and Guess and Bvlgari
If you had a million rand, What would be your first purchase: Clear Heels…lol…disgusting…I would purchase a trip to Milan for fashion shows and a major shopping spree
Favorite Food and Drink: 24 hour wimpy at 3am and favourite drink…Jagerbombs!
Favorite perfume on a guy: Jaun Paul Gaultier and Guess
Favorite perfume on u: Black XS
Favorite clubbing and Hangout? St Tropez and either my place with a couple of good friends, good music and good food!
One wish youd like to come true? If I had one wish, it would be for all my wishes to come true

PIM: Would you say a woman can learn how to be a model, or modeling is something in the genes? you have it or you don't have it at all? Why do you think so?
michelle:Modelling is definitely something that comes naturally, there are not many girls that can get infront of the camera and feel comfortable.
PIM: If you could be anyone famous in the World today, Who would you want to be and Why?
michelle:Olga Kurylenko – the new Bond girl in Quantum of Solace. She is so hot and she gets to kick ass next to some of Hollywoods finest and of course she makes Daniel Craig look hot.

PIM:Are you single? Whilst we on the topic. How important is a guys dress sense to you.? So PIM can spruce up and impress someone like you
michelle:Yes I’m single, Mr Right just isn’t looking hard enough for me…Dress sense is so important, a guy with a nice pair of jeans (true religion / guess they fit the best) and maybe a pair of supergas and a nice t-shirt or shirt in a colour that shows off their tan..yummy!

PIM:Whats your ideal man. The rugged Cave Man look, or the sophisticated Gentleman. or someone different perhaps?
lol?
michelle:Chilled and laid back with a really good sense of humour. But if I had to choose between cave man or sophisticated gentleman I would go for the sophisticated guy.

PIM:If PIM had to take Michelle Pinho on a date. What would we have to do to blow your socks off lol?
michelle:Go diving at sadwana bay and end off at sunset having cocktails and dinner under the stars.
PIM:lol.Good luck Michelle. A pleasure to have you on PIM. Best of luck with the Modelling
michelle:Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to feature on this site! You guys are awesome… Don’t forget to vote for me on www.fhm.co.za/fhm-models/profile/72 or sms FHMMODEL 72 to 34973.

ZONICA BEZUIDENHOUT

Let the beauty we love be what we do.
~Rumi ~

PIM:Zonica...Great to have you on Pim. You are one of PIMS top 100 in the FHM Models 2009. Wow? How did that campaign begin for you. Were u ecstatic when you got the news? how do you fancy your chances.?
zonica:Thank you for the great oppurtunity!Well, I tried my luck entering and viola. It kinda felt a bit unreal when I first got the news…hehe…but it is a real exiting feeling…There is a lot of beautiful girls in the competition, but I am staying focused with my eye on the goal.
PIM:So Where are you from?, A Gorgeous model. PIM gets better by the day? Your ambitions and goals as a model?
zonica: I am from Midrand, Gauteng. I would really like to get into full-time modeling and do something good with it. It can open loads of doors into various directions and if used wisely it can be extremely rewarding.
PIM: Whats a typical day in the life of Zonica?
zonica: Well having an 8-5 office job, really isn’t all that glamorous as I would like my life to be. But we have to start at the bottom of the ladder and work our ways up. So for now, I am enjoying the experience. However, weekends are a total different view from the typical everyday life that I have, then it’s Party time…the more the better! And to top it all, I enjoy relaxing Sundays spent with family and loved ones.

PIM: Back to the FHM models. So is it tough. What have you been doing in terms of getting them votes. Give us a brief itenary on what you have to do to compete in this comp 100%. Are u doing alot of shoots etc?
zonica: I have a group on facebook and have been telling all my friends via email and sms. They are all spreading the word.. Doing a few shoots where and when I can to give viewers a greater idea of what is in store…

PIM: So suppose you win FHM MODELS Zonica, you are probably on a stringint fitnes regime. What are you doing to maintain that hot bod?
zonica: Healthy diet, lots of water and Callenetics (which is kinda like yoga, just a lot worse)
PIM:If you had to have KIDNAP any sportsman, who wud that be ha ha?
zonica: Ryk Neethling, he has a hot bod, but would much rather kidnap Vin Diesel, although he isn’t a sportsman….Yummy!!

PIM: Your dream shoot…Pick a location, a theme ?
zonica: At a waterfall with a rainforest scene.

PIM: Oh and what would you regard as the sexiest part of your body and a guys?
zonica: Have to say my eyes… On a man…it really depends from guy to guy, but broad shoulders are fab!

PIM: What was the most bizarre and funny come on line that a guy has used on You?
zonica: Something like, you owe me a can of coke, cause I dropped mine when I saw you…lol

PIM: 2010..in SA...UR THOUGHTS. How do you think we will handle it, ?Are you optimistic about SA and the future in retrospect to the economy, change of presidency etc?
zonica: I am not very happy with politics at this moment...Well, we started way too late with all the necessary construction that is needed. Politics isn’t really my favourite topic to talk about, however we can’t ignore the fact that SA is heading for an all time low…This will only change when people stop being selfish and start working together. And changing every single street name isn’t helping at all. Personally I think the government is being absolutely childish and pathetic. If they start thinking what would be best for the people, no matter if your skin colour is pink or blue, maybe then we would support them and together make SA the beautiful, cheerful country that it is meant to be.

PIM: What’s the most dangerous or daring thing that you have ever done?
zonica: Nothing too outrageous…YET…hehe

What’s your favourite fashion brand? I am not much of a brand person, if I like something I buy it.
If you had a million rand, what would be your first purchase?
Probably something digital…but would think about it first and invest most of it.
Favorite Food and Drink:
Rosè or fruit juice. Lekker boerekos, you know the roast, veggies, potatoes, etc…
Favorite perfume on a guy:There are so many, but Hugo Boss would be one of them
Favorite perfume on u:
I change from time to time, but at the moment Enigma from Yardley
Favorite clubbing and Hangout?
Presleys in Pretoria, just love the atmosphere, and parties are always great there.
One wish you’d like to come true? That we could all live in harmony together with no worries or stresses.

PIM: Would you say a woman can learn how to be a model, or modeling is something in the genes? You have it or you don't have it at all? Why do you think so?
zonica:Anything can be learned if you put your mind to it. But there are some people that just have it and others that don’t. But we all have our special talents that we are great at.

PIM: If you could be anyone famous in the World today, Who would you want to be and Why?zonica: The President, so that I can make some changes.

PIM:Are you single? Whilst we on the topic. How important is a guys dress sense to you? So PIM can spruce up and impress someone like you Whats your ideal man.?
zonica: No, sorry, I am taken. I am not much of an appearance person, however, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t take care of yourself or wear “torn” clothes. O, and this baggy “fashion” that guys have where the pants are halfway down their knees is really not impressive. Just be yourself, but do it neatly. My ideal man is loving, caring, loyal and honest.

If PIM see Zonica at a club or bar, and PIM thought we could get a date with Zonica, How should we approach you, In other words What do we do to get a date with this hot model, lol?
zonica: Firstly, you should be yourself. Don’t try to impress me to much. Be friendly. But what really puts me of, is an EGO…

PIM:lol.Good luck Zonica. A pleasure to have you on PIM. Best of luck with the Modelling
zonica: Thank you once again for this opportunity and exposure... :)
